The Alton Blakley Family of Dealerships began back in 1965, when Alton Blakley, Sr. started selling Ford vehicles in downtown Somerset.

In addition to the main location on South Main street, Alton Blakley’s second location
was situated on a growing section of South Highway 27 next to the Holiday Motel.

Within a couple of years, Alton Blakley Sr. moved both operations to one location further down South Highway 27 and in 2015...

We opened the doors to our brand new, state of the art Alton Blakley Ford-Lincoln facility that offers employees and customers alike the ultimate in convenience and technology. In addition to our modern facility, we have an on-site state-of-the-art collision center and spacious detail center.

Generosity and the commitment to our community are synonymous with the Blakley name. You can see the Alton Blakley generosity and commitment to our community within the local school systems and athletic complexes, on the campus of Somerset Community College, home of the Alton E. Blakley Health Sciences building and the Blakley Aquatic Center at the Somerset Independent Alumni Center. Many of our local agencies and clubs have benefitted from the Blakley family’s generosity over the years and Al has served on many of their boards.
