Our family found the perfect vehicle at Alton Blakley Ford, in the specific trim/model we wanted, from the distance of Florida. My initial inquiry was promptly addressed and I was introduced to Mike Haynes. Mike personally chased down all concerns/inquiries, reassuring we could complete this large purchase remotely from over 600 miles away. I just purchased a car from Andrew. The process was smooth all the way to conclusion. There was no pressure, tremendous professionalism, and awesome communication and follow up. I am a satisfied customer. I went back for a regular service on my vehicle today. I stopped by the parts department for a clasp I had broken on my bed cover. Rodney went way beyond expectations to help me out! I went back today for a recall on my Maverick and a second routine service. All was great again. I also appreciate the change in the waiting room where I didn’t have to watch or listen to Fox News.
