I was very pleased with the ease of buying a car. Marc was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars that he showed me. He took the time to help me set up my phone and showed me how to work everything. I wasn't even planning on buying a vehicle but I was offered a fair deal on my trade-in. Bought a nice used like new 2024 Bronco with only 6,000 miles. Amazing service and very happy with what they gave me for my trade. Salesman and F&I guy was great. No high pressure, just a honest transaction. They are good people. The way dealerships should be everywhere.

Purchasing a vehicle is never easy, especially while doing so out of state. Our family found the perfect vehicle at Alton Blakley Ford, in the specific trim/model we wanted, from the distance of Florida. My initial inquiry was promptly addressed and I was introduced to Mike Haynes. Mike personally chased down all concerns/inquiries, reassuring we could complete this large purchase remotely from over 600 miles away. I just purchased a car from Andrew. The process was smooth all the way to conclusion. There was no pressure, tremendous professionalism, and awesome communication and follow up. I am a satisfied customer. I went back for a regular service on my vehicle today. I stopped by the parts department for a clasp I had broken on my bed cover. Rodney went way beyond expectations to help me out! I went back today for a recall on my Maverick and a second routine service. All was great again. I also appreciate the change in the waiting room where I didn’t have to watch or listen to Fox News.

Excellent communication of needs and delivered repair as promised. My grand daughter was stranded. Service advisor, Amanda, promised to work her car in so she could return home for work. She was sensitive to our urgency, got the parts the next day and technician preformed repairs all in one day so she could continue her travels safely. Can’t recommend them more highly.

My last couple of trips they have not done as good a job. My hubcaps were not put on correctly after a brake job and this last visit a battery cover was left off. It's like the jobs were rushed and details not double checked. I did mention the hubs but they were not corrected. The battery cover I didn't notice until after I had left. Now I have to call on Monday because I had a battery replaced and my keypad door opener is not unlocking door. I live 50 miles away.

I found the staff at Alton Blakley body shop to be thoroughly professional in every way. My appointment was scheduled for 1/2/2023. I dropped the car off early & they said they would work it in. I had my 2013 Escape repaired at the body shop after a driver ran a stop sign. Cody and the staff were constantly there for any questions or concerns. I am fairly new to the area and did know anywhere to take my vehicle. They were recommended to me and I saw good reviews. Needless to say I am very happy that I went with the team there. The repairs were done so well you can't tell there was ever damage. My vehicle had $10,000 worth of damage. I would highly recommend the crew at the shop for any repairs. Very happy and all smiles here! I just had some more work done on the roof where the paint was failing. Looks brand new now! Great job as always!

The oil light and engine light came on and I immediately headed for my Alton Blakely Service Department! The car was looked at right away and found to be an oil leak. They repaired the problem, did an oil change and sent me on my way with an appointment for a re-call service for next week. THAT is Super Service. Being elderly and handicapped, I appreciate all of the great service they always give me.
